18 AND 20 APRIL | CLOSED FACULTY

Considering,

The proposal for the University of Lisbon’s Energy and Water Efficiency Plan;
The teaching break period, foreseen in the calendar for the current academic year, between 14 and 21 April 2025;
And the national holidays on 18 and 20 April 2025.
It is in this context that

_closure of Faculty Services and Laboratories from 17th to 21st April inclusive, resuming normal operations on 22nd April.

_ closure of the Secretariat Services (Academic, Mobility/Erasmus and Treasury) from 14 to 21 April, maintaining the service by appointment, during the respective office hours, only for urgent matters. Appointments are made exclusively by sending a message to agendamento@office365.ulisboa.pt, indicating the time and subject of the appointment. You should wait for confirmation by e-mail. The request for an appointment will only proceed once the urgency of the matter has been confirmed by the Services. The telephone service will be unavailable.

_the Faculty will be closed on 18 and 20 April.

This and the other measures that have been implemented at the Faculty are aimed at reducing energy consumption by all the institution’s users.
The success of their implementation is intrinsically linked to everyone’s involvement.
