The Mental Health and Well-being programme at ULisboa arose from a desire to make the university a place where everyone feels supported and listened to. We began by listening to the community to understand what was already in place, what was missing, and how we could improve.
Today, the project brings together initiatives and tools that support students, lecturers and staff throughout their time at the university. We are working to ensure that mental health and wellbeing are part of everyday life at ULisboa, creating a more balanced and welcoming environment for everyone.
The ULisboa Clinical Centre offers consultations across a range of specialisms.
Collaboration agreements are in place with SAMS and CUF.
Through the Centre and these agreements, it is possible to book appointments with psychologists and psychiatrists.
