The Academic Division’s primary mission is to ensure support for students in the Faculty’s various study cycles throughout their academic career, always seeking to provide a service with quality, rigour and transparency that meets the needs of our users. Among other responsibilities, Academic Services are directly focused on:

• Provide information on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as on students’ individual academic paths;
• Issue certificates, supporting documents and study plans, in Portuguese and English;
• Organise enrolment processes, course changes, special admission exams, etc.;
• Organise aggregation, doctoral, master’s and equivalence or recognition of academic qualifications exams.

Academic Services from home: more convenient and faster. In addition to in-person service, Academic Services are increasingly focusing on electronic and remote interaction. It is no longer necessary to go to the Faculty to request a certificate or other documents, for example. Nor is it necessary to go there to pay for them: you will be given an ATM reference number so that you can conveniently make your payment anywhere.
