This laboratory supports, through its spaces and resources, the implementation and presentation of ideas and the development of projects. It offers access to various CAD programmes and 3D scanning, as well as large format printing. For the production of models, mock-ups and prototypes, this laboratory provides digital manufacturing and rapid prototyping technologies, namely 3D printing (FDM and Zprinter), as well as milling and laser cutting using CNC. Prototyping capabilities include experimentation with alternative materials, from polymers and ceramics to new biomaterials suitable for regenerative design.
