The students, who have been accepted by our ERASMUS Coordination for an exchange period, should careful read the following information.

Enrolments and Learning Agreement
- you can find your enrolments at Fenix and the schedules here;
- if you need to enroll for new classes, you can ask for the classes’ Professor’s authorization with an Enrolment Authorization Form;
- after changing your enrolments, you will need to submit an updated learning agreement, to both us and your home university – you can submit your learning agreement during on OLA or Fenix.
Access to the canteen
To access the canteen with the student discount prices, you must register* at https://www.sas.ulisboa.pt/user-registration.
When you are at the canteen:
- Go to mobile.sas.ulisboa.pt on your phone;
- Log in at the bottom of the page;
- Scroll down and select ‘Create QRCode’
- Show the QRcodeto the canteen staff;
- Enjoy your meal!
*you should register with the same ID document you used for your Fenix account!
Before you return to your school, you should request two final documents in the ERASMUS Office: Transcript of Records – This document certify your grades at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. Confirmation of Studies – In this form we confirm your presence at Belas-Artes, certifying arrival and departure dates. If your School needs other documents besides these, just inform our Office and we will gladly comply with your faculty demands.
You should also confirm Learning Agreement for Studies, its signature and its changes, if necessary.
